With Terenure ETNS campaigners

It was great to meet Nikki Murphy and her fellow volunteer colleague in the Seanad last month. They are a part of a campaign working hard to establish an Educate Together school, in D6, Terenure. I wish them every success and fully support their call to offer more educational choices for parents and their children.

Here's one from the archives, thanks to Mick Fitz for capturing this video of the March4Choice rally in Dublin, 2012.

As we approach another campaign and potential referendum to Repeal the 8th Amendment I still stand committed to safe and legal access to abortion rights and the right to choose. #IAmProChoice

Dear Supporter,

As we approach the summer break, I here's a short update on the work that I have been doing politically in recent months. As always, you will see more information on all these issues and more throughout sections of the website www.ivanabacik.com, on facebook (Ivana Bacik) and twitter (@ivanabacik).

The political highlight of the past year so far has been the great success of the Marriage Equality Referendum on 22nd May – a resounding 62% for the Yes vote – a wonderful result!

Many thanks again for your continued support,

Very best wishes, Ivana.
